It’s almost time for the biggest Halo Infinite update since its launch, ‘Season 3: Echoes Within’, hitting Xbox consoles and PC on March 7th. This major season is full of new and exciting content, including 3 brand new maps, all-new equipment, and even some Forge additions.
If you’re missing some classic Big Team Battle action then you’ll be delighted to know that the trailer released today showcases the new Oasis map. This map has been missing from Halo Infinite and we can’t wait to get our hands on it and try it out.
But perhaps the most interesting thing about the ‘ Echoes Within’ update is the intriguing new ‘Bandit’ weapon. This nifty tool looks to be inspired by the DMR from Halo Reach, and we can see it becoming a fan favorite in no time!
It’s not just multiplayer goodness though, because Forge is bringing the fun with the all-new ‘Art’s Room’ map. In this map, Spartans will be shrunk to scale while they battle it out in what looks like someone’s home office room, with serious ‘Toy Story’ vibes throughout.
For fans who have been disappointed with Halo Infinite’s content since launch, this update looks like it’ll make the game much more enjoyable and exciting to play. From developer-built Arena maps to Forge-curated goodies, Halo Infinite really is transforming.
