The long-awaited reboot of the Skate franchise is reportedly getting closer and closer to its official launch. Full Circle, the developers behind the upcoming game recently shared another highlight reel from their ongoing playtest sessions from last month of February.
The short clip shows off several exciting moments from their testing period and reveals that the game has made some progress since last year, as there’s now more texture work and even some unfinished models of the game.
It’s clear that the game is at a very early stage of development, yet this new footage looks more than promising. One of the aspects that many have praised from what has been shown so far is the game’s physics, which is why many fans are so excited. Just imagine the realistic movements of your characters, falling off a board and actually breaking some of your virtual bones.
Sadly, we still don’t have any official release date for the game, but every new piece of footage that we keep getting surely boosts our hype. After all, it might still take some time before Skate 4 is in our hands, but it looks like it’ll be worth the wait.
With the promise of innovative skate tricks, realistic and next-gen physics and the great anticipation around the game, Skate 4 looks like a must-play title for everyone who likes extreme sports. Will you be playing it once it launches? Let us know in the comments!
